Terms of service

Draft prepared September 6, 2026

Fellowrise provides the platform. Community owners manage their rooms, and members remain responsible for what they share and how they use it.

1.The service and these terms

Fellowrise is operated by Kahvor, Inc., 115 E Main St Ste A1B-4V, Buford, GA 30518. These terms describe the relationship between you and Kahvor, Inc. when you use Fellowrise’s website and community features. Separate terms may apply to another Kahvor product or an external service.

This is a private beta. Features and availability can change, and advertised future features or proposed prices are not promises that they are available now.

2.Eligibility for the private beta

Fellowrise’s private beta is currently available by invitation to U.S. residents age 18 or older. Availability may expand as the platform grows. You must also be able to enter into an agreement under the law that applies to you. Community owners should invite only eligible U.S. residents; a parent’s permission does not create an exception to the minimum age.

If you believe someone who does not meet these eligibility requirements has joined, contact hello@kahvor.com. These eligibility statements are not a claim that Fellowrise has verified every member’s age or residency.

3.Accounts and invitations

Use an email address you control and provide accurate account information. Invitations are intended for the named recipient. Do not share sign-in links, impersonate another person, or use someone else’s access.

Access depends on your account and community membership remaining active. Community owners and authorized staff can manage membership within their roles. An invitation to one community does not grant access to another.

4.Participation and safety

Follow Fellowrise’s community guidelines and the additional rules of each room. Do not harass, exploit, deceive, spam, or expose another person’s private information. Do not probe or bypass access controls or misuse the service.

Community staff can moderate content or restrict participation using the available controls. Contact the team if you believe a moderation or access decision needs review.

5.Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content you contribute. You must have permission to upload or link to it, including permission from people whose personal information it contains.

By contributing content, you authorize Fellowrise to store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display it as needed to provide the service, make it available to its intended community or message recipients, maintain it, and address abuse. This does not transfer ownership of your content.

Membership does not give you permission to copy, resell, publish, or redistribute another person’s courses, files, private messages, or posts. Obtain permission from the rights holder when required.

6.Learning and external resources

Community content reflects its contributors’ views. Fellowrise does not guarantee the accuracy of a lesson, the safety of an external link, or any business, financial, health, legal, or other outcome.

Evaluate information before acting on it and seek qualified professional advice when appropriate. Fellowrise itself is not a lender, credit-repair service, law firm, or provider of professional advice.

Video playback, meetings, websites, and payment services may be supplied by third parties. Their availability and terms are outside Fellowrise’s direct control.

7.Optional contributions and proposed plans

Optional founding support is separate from community access. It is not an investment, equity interest, loan, or purchase of a guaranteed outcome. Do not assume a contribution is tax-deductible.

Review the price, currency, billing interval, and cancellation terms at checkout before authorizing payment. The public pricing page describes proposed creator plans, not plans currently available to purchase.

8.Ending access and handling information

Leaving a community ends membership only. It does not delete your Fellowrise account, past posts, comments, messages, or uploads. Ask the team separately if you want particular information removed. Other memberships and optional support are unchanged.

For verified whole-account deletion, our reviewed approach is to remove your profile, avatar, owned uploads, original posts and comments, and sent-message content. This includes messages you previously sent in other members’ Fellowrise conversations, subject to specifically documented retention exceptions.

Every deletion request is reviewed by the Fellowrise operator during the private beta. Permanent erasure remains disabled while safeguards are completed. Submitting or closing a request does not delete data.

Review the privacy policy for data practices and request options. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9.Questions and policy changes

Contact the Fellowrise team about these terms, account access, or a concern that cannot be resolved within your community. Updated terms should identify their effective date and communicate material changes as appropriate; a draft is not an effective policy.
